After/During school
End your students day with a mindful reset. Programs run between 30-60 minutes long. Playful yoga & mindfulness session for a recurring 6/8 week series. Please bring your own mat , however I have mat rentals for $2 a session.
20-30 Min yoga breaks, all props and materials are included and designed to be done In the classroom.

This class is engaging for toddlers all while bonding with mom, dad, or caregiver. Kids and adults will learn basic yoga movements and fun partner posing is encouraged!

Geared For ages 6 and up. An engaging yoga flow for caregiver and child. This class will be a little more yoga flow based sequence intertwined with mindfulness games and partner posing!

Stretch, play, Grow! This class is full of creative movement, music, & fun. Kids will learn basic yoga movements through play while also incorporating some light breath work with fun props such as stuffed animals, bubbles, windmills and more. Movement games and crafts will also be utilized in most classes

elementary ages (5-9)
Balanced kids- Themed classes will incorporate fun engaging activates surrounding yoga movement. Children will build confidence, flexibility, and strength as well as cognitive functioning and self awareness. We will incorporate cardio exercise as well as traditional yoga posing, meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness crafts.

Movement surrounding self awareness and self love. Journaling activities, games yoga, and crafting. Your child will have access to tools to help decrease stress, anxiety and depression all while building self esteem, self love, self awareness.
